The Display Settings in Stellarium provides way, way, way TOOO much info.

So let's make that a bit more managable.

1) Move your mouse to the left-side menu options

2) Click on the Configuration window (or hit the F2 key)

3) A new screen pops up. Look at the top of that screen and select the "Information" tab as shown below:

3) Notice that a WHOLE lot of check boxes are now displayed in the upper left of the screen:

We only need a few of those selections so change un-click those to match THIS screen:
